Lift up your head and let out a yowl For it will be the last for tonight The time of peace, Which comes once a moon, Has come once again Beechstar padded through the forest, heading towards the Moon Cavern. Her only warrior, Fawnfur, was following behind her. She called back at Fawnsfur, "Come on! We need to be there first." She started to run and soon was at the Cavern. She went towards the great rack and sat, waiting for Fawnfur and the other Clans.

Hawkstar stood high up on a hill, her Clan waiting with baited breath behind her. It was time for the gathering. Glancing over her shoulder at Whitefire, she nodded, then sped down the hill. Her lean muscles worked easily beneath her sleek tabby pelt. She didn't want to be late. Bursting from her territory, the she-cat slowed to a trot. Her head was high, and her tail barely brushed the ground. She was to look and feel and act her best. That meant NightClan behavior. A smile crept to the leader's maw. This was to be fun...
The leader paused at the edge of the Cavern, signaling for her Clan to stop behind her. After eying the cats that were there, the dark tabby flicked her tail, then fled down into the Gathering Cavern. Speeding around any cat in her way, Hawkstar snaked close to the ground until she reached the boulder for the leaders. Springing up, the tabby took her place in the shadier spot of the rock and laid down. She flicked her ears and glanced at Beechstar. "Greeting, Beechstar. All is well, I presume?"

Lunarstar, only a black streak as she led her Tribe, raced through the forest. She needed to get to the Gathering. She could soon smell and hear the other Clans gathering. She smiled, slowing down. Soon, she was in a tangled mess of cats. She ran up to the other leaders, taking the jump with easy grace. This grace came from experience, alot of it. She watched her cats join the others.

OOC: Well since Dark is not likely to sign in, you can post with Nightstalker and have her say the Dark was sick. She can take her place.
Beechstar watched as the other Clans slowly arrived. Only SkyClan left, she thought to herself. "Yes. What about you?" She smiled at Hawkstar and nodded a greeting at Lunarstar.
Whirefire ran through the trees, following her leader. When they reached the Moon Cavern, she saw that SpiritClan, again, was the first Clan there. She padded towards the Great Rock and sat down, waiting for the last two Clans.
Ringtail followed his leader through the forest, after his leader. He padded into the Moon Cavern, and saw that NightClan and SpiritClan were already there. He padded over to a she-cat sitting towards the front, next to the Great Rock. "Hello, I'm Ringtail. What is your name?"

OOC:......OK
IC: Nightstalker padded towards the Moon Cavern. Leading her clan. Featherstar had fallen ill at the last minute and had been unable to attend the gathering. Reaching the cavern Nightstalker saw that Sky Clan were the last clan there. Nightstalker growled in frustration. She deeply resented delaying going to the gathering. With a deep breath she stalked into the cavern and up to the rock. She cast Whitefire an apologetic smile. It had been a moon since she had talked to her and Nightstalker had been looking forward to catching up, Nightstalker lept up to take her leaders place.
OOC: Just to clear this up. I don't actually have anything against being leader I'm just hoping Dark will come back.

Hawkstar jumped with surprise when the she-cat called Nightstalker jumped up to the leaders' rock. scanning all of the cats that had arrived, none of them were Featherstar. Dragging her pale green stare back to Nightstalker. "Nightstalker, where is Featherstar? Are you stepping in as leader for now, or should we be calling you Nightstar?" Hawkstar turned up her lips in a smile. She hadn't meant the Nightstar part, so the smile was to cover that up.
OOC:: Sorry it's a little short, I need to go to school...

Spottedfire followed Nightstalker through the forest. The she-cat was taking Featherstars place since their leader had fallen ill and hadn't been able to came. Seeing the Moon Cavern, she sped up. She entered the Cavern and went and sat by 2 other cats. One had the scent of StreamClan, the other NightClan. She didn't say anything, just waited for the leaders to start.
Beechstar watched as SkyClan arrived. Featherstar wasn't with them, but there was a new warrior. She was a sleek tortoiseshell. Hawkstar asked Nightstalker about Featherstar and Beechstar waited for an answer from the she-cat.
"I'm Whitefire. It's nice to meet you." She smiled at Ringtail. She turned and saw that SkyClan was there. She saw her friend she had met at the last Gathering. Nightstalker smiled at her and she smiled back at her. She called quietly after her, "stay after the Gathering. I want to catch up." She turned back at the spotted tabby tom. "Thats Nightstalker, the SkyClan deputy." She heard another cat come and sit by them. She was a tortoiseshell she-cat and had green eyes. "Hello. I'm Whitefire and this is Ringtail. Who are you?"
Ringtail listened as Whitefire explained all the cats names to him. He listened carefully, trying to remember them. Then a cat walked up to them and sat down. She was a pretty tortoiseshell. She was quite small.
"I'm Spottedfire. Nice to meet you." She turned and looked back at the leaders, waiting for them to start.

Nightstalker smiled some what nevously at Hawkstar. Just filling in. She said softly. Of course tradition and caution prompts me to add. "but we can still defend our territory if need be." Nightstsalker smiled grimly. She turned to White fire and mewed Of course, unless it's some scheme that keeps us away from our camp while your clan attacks it, if thats the case then im sorry but i'll probably have to go strait away and meet up next gathering. Nightstalker grined at Whitefire to show she was joking, just in case she hadn't got it. Turning once again to the other leaders she mewed well, we're all here, would any of you like to start? The words were uncomfortably formal in Nightstalkers mouth but Featherstar had told her to be polite and "keep her sharp tounge behind her teeth."

A light brown tabby stepped forward. "I will go first. Prey is still abundant, but will soon be running low because of the weather. We have one new warrior, Fawnfur. We welcome her to our Clan with warmth." Beechstar smiled at her newest warrior. She stepped back and nodded at Hawkstar to go.
OOC: I don't have time to post with my other characters.

Hawkstar nodded in understanding at Nightstalker, then listened quietly to Beechstar's report. Taking the offer with a nod, the dark tabby stalked forward, dipped her head in respect to the new warrior, Fawnfur, and raised her meow. "NightClan is doing well. It is wonderful to see many new faces out in the crowd this moon." Hawkstar glanced around the cavern and saw the new faces. "Sadly, I cannot say that my Clan has new additions. But, our prey is bountiful, and the ground is cool. We are prepared for the season; in many different ways." The last part was added a little hostile as the she-cat flexed her claws. Stepping back, Hawkstar didn't bother taking an offer to anyone. She sat down and licked her chest a few times as she waited.

Lunarstar waited for her turn to speak. (Tell me when i should speak and sorry it's short!)
Hawkstripe layed down, bored out of his mind. There was nothing to do right now. He only agreed to go to Gatherings so he could learn his opponents' weaknesses. He sighed and glared up at the leaders.

OOC: Lunar, you can go now if you want.
Whitefire listened as Beechstar and Hawkstar gave their reports. She saw Hawkstripe, the rude cat she had met at the last Gathering, and whispered at Ringtail and Spottedfire, "Hey. Thats Hawkstripe."
Ringtail was listening to Beechstar and Hawkstar report when he heard a newly familiar voice. It was Whitefire. She was going to talk to the cat, Hawkstripe. "I know who he is! He's my Clan mate!" Ringtail flicked his tail with annoyance.
Spottedfire was listening to the NightClan and SpiritClan leaders report. She jumped when she heard Whitefire's voice. She said what the cat sitting by him self's name was, Hawkstripe. She just ignored the she-cat and went back to listening to the leaders.
Whitefire looked at Hawkstripe. He looked bored. "I'm going to go see what hes been up too." She crawled over to him. "Hi. Remember me?" She smiled at him, hoping to surprise him.

Hawkstripe glared at the voice until he saw the familiar she-cat. "Oh, it's you. Hi." He muttered, looking around to make sure none of his clanmates noticed him. He wouldn't want anyone to get suspicious.
Lunarstar stepped forward, eyeing the cast below. "All is fine in StreamClan. No trouble from two-legs and prey is running nicely. We will soon be low on fish because of the weather, but other than that we're fine. We also have a new warrior. Ringtail." She knew it wasn't much to report. Oh well.

"Hey I realized that I didn't introduce myself at the last Gathering. I'm Whitefire, and I already know your Hawkstripe." She smiled at him. She moved her paw, feeling a twitch, and brushed Hawkstripes fur. She pulled it back in embarrassment. She looked away from him, not meeting his gaze if he was looking.
