Hawkstripe, paused to wacth Nightstalker and Bleak, his fur still bristling. he knew he could easily take this puny tom on. He looked at the other two. The other tom would be more of a challenge, he was alot bigger. He didn't looked trained in fighting though. The girl, the smaller toms mate Hawkstripe guessed, would be a challenge if he ripped her mate's throat out....Maybe he should kill the she-cat first, then the small tom, and then the big one. Hawkstripe smiled at his plan and locked onto the tourtouiseshell. He bunched up his muscles and jumped.
Ash saw the tom coming and stepped to the side. The large tabby tom plummeted into Scratch. Let Scratch deal with him! she thought.
Lunarstar calmed down the slightest bit as the rogue and warrior talked. Still, the anger did not leave her.

Bleak was beginning to like this game. He shifted uncomfortably and looked up at the dark tabby that was standing above him. "Could you please get off so I can have a conversation?"
Hawkstar stepped reluctantly off of the small cat.
Bleak stood and took a couple steps toward Nightstalker. "Nightstalker," he mewed, "I just couldn't stand the thought that you were close to him and me at the same time, and when he attacked me..." Bleak trailed his mew sadly, his eyes round with sorrow. "I just couldn't bear that I had killed someone close to my friend. And my head was killing me, so I was irritable. I had to push you out so I could move on... I'm"- Bleak was going to claw himself later for saying it- "I'm sorry..."
Hawkstar stared shocked at the two cats. What was Nightstalker going to say to cover up the loner's story?

despite herself Nightstalker was finding this amusing. Push me out! Nightstalker snorted. Huh you pushed me out all right! Right out of your life and off that stupid cliff Nightstalker glared at Bleak if you ask me Id rather think you were aiming for more then that. A pity isn't it, that I didn't die with Crow isn't it! Nightstalker shivered slightly, her eyes clouding over in pain. Silently she apologized to Crow for using his name, where ever he was she was sure he would understand. Crow.... she whispered miserably

Hawkstar caught movement out the corner of her eye and snapped around to catch the StreamClan cat that was attacking. Hooking out her paw, Hawkstar grabbed him. Her claws were in, so she wouldn't hurt him. "Get a hold on yourself, StreamClanner. The clouds are moving in. This will be over with sooner of later."
Bleak dropped his tail with a soft thud and his ears drooped, making him look like a miserable kit. "Well... Yeah, I shouldn't have shoved you off the cliff." So, he had supposedly killed a cat named Crow in this game. "But... Crow was just pushing and prodding in all the wrong places, and it didn't help that you kept taunting me!" Bleak was going to bite back in this one. "'Bleak, you're so weak. You just let other cats poke you all they want.' Phe!" Bleak sneered after his mimic. "So, after the job was done with Crow, you came next! I'm surprised you're still breathing!"

Nightstalker decided it was time to up her game. So am I to tell you the truth she mewed. But I obviously didn't die, as it was I managed to climb out a mere rabit hop before the falls. Nightstalker blinked sadly, Which is more then Crow managed Nightstalker cast her gaze upwwards, secretly checking the clouds. I wonder if hes watching us Nightstalker really wondered if he was. Her gaze snapped down to Bleak again. I wonder if he cares about what happened, he never used to, but you know that of course.

Hawkstar sat down next to the StreamClan warrior and watched the clouds. They had stopped moving, but dark shadows were creeping across the land.
Bleak snarled happily. "Well, he did accept his fate quickly. He was such a gloat! Always ranting that nothing would ever get to him. And look what happened; little old Bleak proved that wrong. I just can't believe a tom that strong would fall at my paws and die." Bleak studied the she-cat. She looked like an irritable cat, so he would have to watch his tongue and try to not goad her to fight. But, then again, Bleak normally didn't take all these thoughts in until it was too late, so he would keep pushing. "How was it? Seeing him die right there. And you know what? You never showed any signs of grief! You were almost smiling..." Bleak smiled widely at Nightstalker. He liked where this game was heading if it was going to lead to breaking a truce.

Nightstalker felt the fur rise up along her back. She had to tell herself to be carefull. It was just a game and this rouge didn't even know Crow. Nightstalker bared her teeth in a snarl. Crow was twice the cat you'll ever be, not just in size. Nightstalker blinked suddenly Oh, I'm so rude, we haven't seen each other in years and were fighting again! actually I'm rather glad your here tonight. I meant to find you after Crow died, you see, he wanted me to tell you something...... I just can't remember! Nightstalker frowned in puzzlement.

OOC:: I feel like me and Nightstalker are taking up the whole gathering... You guys need to post a bit, too!
Bleak hissed. "I wouldn't want to hear anything from that damn cat! If it's something to insult me, forget it! That cat was always boasting that he was better, so all he probably wanted to say was just that. I don't want to know." Bleak growled deep in his throat; his signature growl: a low moaning sound. It never did sound like a normal growl, always more of a moan. Bleak had always guessed that it was because of his high voice. Getting serious about this game was creeping into Bleak's gaze, his eyes beginning to water slightly. Crap, tears! No, no, no; that can't happen! Bleak blinked rapidly to push the tears back. That was probably the most blinks he had done in a few seconds than he did in an hour. He was definitely not going to break down now. Not in front of all the Clans. Turning away, Bleak found Scratch and Ash. "Get ready to go. We aren't going to be staying here for much longer, and there is more than one reason." Bleak glanced sharply over his shoulder at Nightstalker.
Hawkstar eyed the leader rogue. He looked like he was on the brink of tears. If Nightstalker would push him further, he would most likely break. Hawkstar guessed that that was the reason for their early leaving. Bleak was about to burst into tears. Nightstalker was provoking it. And they were probably getting bored.
OOC:: Sorry 'bout the language!!

OOC: I agree guys, you need to post too
IC: Nightstalker blinked, Oh, she thought whats wrong with him? She listened to Bleak tell his friends that they were leaving soon. Nightstalker shook her head. Its not that She said I can't remember exactly what he said, my ears were rather blocked by the water, and it has been years, he wasn't bragging, he genuinely needed to tell you something....." Nightstalker tensed. The last thing she wanted was this cat to embarrass himself in front of the whole clan but Nightstalker felt she had to go on. It wasn't like this last time she had done this, last time the other cat had been putty in her paws. Bleak was different. He knew the game but had kept going. Nightstalker felt she really needed to tell him something but she didn't know what. If only I could remember!
OOC: hmmmm creepy. thank god for spell check! ;D

Bleak felt his legs quiver. "Well, if you can't remember, how do you know that it was so important?" Bleak whipped around to face the she-cat. The game was gone and it was like they were actually two long lost friends that had been separated by death. A death at Bleak's fault. Bleak blinked hard to push back the tears that were fighting to escape, and glared at Nightstalker. "Go ahead, remember. I want to know if he really was bragging or not. It only was fitting for Crow to say something that said that he was better in some way." Bleak sat down and tightly wrapped his tail around his paws, placing one paw gently on his tail to hold it in place. Bleak would normally sit like this in pressing matters. Bleak lifted his eyes back up to Nightstalker. "Well?"
Hawkstar glared a warning at the StreamClan warrior and turned away, heading back up the the leaders' rock. Nightstalker had this tom where she wanted him, and the only thing that could happen would be if he snapped. That didn't seem like it was happening, so Hawkstar jumped up to the rock and took her place. Turning to face Lunarstar, the she-cat growled, "Keep your warriors under control, Lunarstar. I shouldn't have to hook them to stop them."

OOC: Well it's kinda hard when you guys are making the whole Gathering revolve around you. It's kinda hard to post when you're not involved.
IC: Scratch hissed as a tabby was pushed into him. He pushed him back off and sat down. He watched as Bleak and the cat called Nightstalker talked about this cat called Crow. Great, there go my chance with Bleak. He's not gay, thought the black male. He heard Bleak say that they were leaving soon. Good, he thought. Then Scratch looked up at Bleak and saw that he was on the verge of tears. He looked at Nightstalker and saw her struggling for words. She's making this up! Scratch realized. He went up to Bleak and whispered, "She's making this up. Don't fall for it. Trust me. Just trust me..." He stepped back and waited for Bleak to decide what to do.
Beechstar watched as Nightstalker made up a story to trick the cat called Bleak. She sat in silence, waiting for the rogues to leave their Gathering.
Whitefire sat next to Nightstalker, listening to her intently. Her fur was still puffed up to let the treat remain, but she didn't think that there would be a fight. She wouldn't let her guard down though, until the rogues left.

OOC: Sorry
IC: Nightstalker growled in frustration. She tryed hard to remember.... what? It was just a game. Nightstalker said the first thing that came into her head. I remember! He said..... he said..... "You win". and then he said "but now it's my turn" As Nightstalker said that she felt that it was right. Nightstalker frowned in confusion, she found that very annoying.

Hawkstripe snarled loudly. What was going on. He was ready to rip the small tom's throat out, but all he could do was sit there and watch. Great! Hawkstripe sat down relunctantly.
Lunarstar glared at the two cats as they hd their conversation.
Ash growled loudly at Bleak and said, "we did not come here to have a conversation with some Clan cat! Snap out of it Moss-for-brains!"

OOC:: I sowwy!! They gonna leave soon anyways...
"I know, Scratch," Bleak hissed softly. "It's a game." He heard Nightstalker's words loud and clear. "His turn? How can it be his turn when he's... He's..." Bleak was fumbling again. Gritting his teeth with a grunt, Bleak whipped around and pelted across the clearing, snaking around every cat in his way, one of them being the large tabby he almost fought with. He reached the edge of the gathering, cast and angry look over his shoulder, and twitched his tail for the other two loners to follow. "We are leaving," he yowled. He turned and pelted out of the gathering. This game had gone too far...
Hawkstar stared at the place where the loner leader had disappeared. Turning to look at the other two, she growled, "Your leader has left. You follow him and do not come back to StarClan's grounds ever again!" She fluffed up menacingly and fixed the two loners in a vicious glare. "Leave," she repeated.

Dead Nightstalker finished softly staring at where bleak had disapeared. She turned her head to the other rouges. Would they leave? Nightstalker didn't think they would be inclined to stay with one of their number gone. Nightstalker glanced anxiously at the clouds. She felt that the game had changed at the end and she hadn't liked it.
