OOC: I know we just finished a Gathering, but this one is going to be for July and August. Everyone's welcome!
The light brown tabby stepped out of her den and looked around at her burnt camp. The dens were ok, but everything else had been burned to bits. When they had returned from StreamClan, they had been generously taught how to fish and been given some moss from Lunarstar. For that, they were very grateful. There was still a little moss by the river, but it would only last them a little bit. Moving her eyes over, she saw that their fresh-kill pile was empty. They had been living on fish. The tabby shuddered in disgust. It was vile stuff.
Jumping down from the ash-stained rock, the she-cat walked towards her camp's entrance. She called out, "Follow me!" to her waiting warriors and took off through the forest.
Beechstar ran through the forest, not being able to bear the look of the forest. It made her want to lay down and cry. But she had to keep a strong composure, for the sake of her warriors. Well, that's what she kept telling herself anyway.
Finally reaching the Moon Cavern, Beechstar continued her run and jumped up onto the High Stone. The moons light shone brightly in the cavern, making it look majestic. She sighed with relief and smiled, glad that she had managed not to cry.
The Maine coon waited by the entrance of the SpiritClan camp. When his leader told Ravenwing and him to follow, he jogged after her. He wasn't in the mood to run. The prey still hadn't returned, so they had been living on fish, which was all that was in his stomach. The taste got boring after a while, eating basically the same thing over and over. At least with a variety of prey, you never got sick of anything.
Too soon, they had reached the Moon Cavern. When Ravenwing and him entered, Cloudpool saw that Beechstar was smiling. He didn't know about what since their home had been basically destroyed, but he ignored it and waited for the other Clans to arrive.
OOC: And I think I should mention that Whitefire is going to have her kits here.

OOC: YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO SURPRISE THEM DUMMY! It would've been funner!
Lunarstar's yellow eyes snapped open. It was time for them to head to the Gathering. She yawned, groomed her fur really quickly, and headed out to the Camp's center. "Wake up!" she yowled, definitely loud enough to wake up the cats. She waited a few moments until she saw Prairiestep walk out and glance at her. With a nod to her sister, she bounded off into the forest and paused, waiting for her Clan. When they reached her she continued to the meeting place. As she neared the Gathering, she could smell Beechstar's Clan. With a sigh at not being the first one their, she walked into the open. With a quick nod to Beechstar, she ran and leaped onto the rock, settling down next to Beechstar.
Prairiestep yawned and blinked her eyes open when she heard her sister's familiar voice. It was the night of the gathering...she thought, glancing over at Ringtail. "Wake up." she whispered to him, smacking him with a sheathed paw. Then she went outside, spotted her sister at the entrance and nodded that she'd make sure everyone woke up. She watched her sister leave for a momment, then went to Lavapelt's den. "Wake up!" she called in, waiting in the center of the camp.
Ravenwing awoke with a yawn and followed his leader and Cloudpool to the Gathering.
OOC: Sorry the last one's short. My muse ran out.

Ringtail was sleeping dreamlessly when he heard someone say wake up. Then, he was swatted in the head by a sheathed paw. He blinked his eyes open and saw his mate Prariestep. Standing up, he stretched and headed out of the warriors den. He waited for Prariestep by the entrance while she went and woke up Lavapelt.
When Prariestep padded over to where he was, he started jogging through the forest, his mate at his side.
Reaching the Moon Cavern, he went and sat down toward the front by High Rock.
Lavapelt had just woke up from his nap before the Gathering and was sorting through his herbs when he heard Lunarstar call for the Clan to wake up. I'll go as soon as I finish these few herbs, he thought. Then Prariestep stuck her head in his den and also said wake up. Sighing, he headed out of the den, and saw that he was, as usual, the last to leave. Hobbling out of camp, he started toward the Moon Cavern.
When he got there, he sat next to High Rock, on the right side.

Nightstar stepped daintily out of her den, she glanced at the rising moon and sighed. "Come on, it's time for the gathering." She smiled slightly at the moon then trotted away, keeping to the shadows. Nightstar entered the moon cavern and leaped up onto the rock and settled down.

OOC: Nightstar, remember you need 5 sentences.
The tortoiseshell jumped up quickly and ran out of her den when Nightstar said it was time for them to leave. She ran next to her leader through the forest. She was delighted to reach the Moon Cavern. She could scent that SpiritClan and StreamClan were already there.
Going over and sitting by Prariestep, Spottedfire smiled at the StreamClan she-cat. "Hi. How have you been?"

Silversnow followed her Clan to the Gathering, thoughts scurrying around. She had a strange feeling of anxiety, for what? She had no idea. But something was bugging her. She tread on her paws as lightly as possible, tail high in the air, eyes fixed on the space around her. Using her peripheral vision to see the sides of the forest, she locked her eyes in front of her, at the stone the Leaders sat on. She sat over by Lavapelt and shifted her gaze to him. "Lavapelt, does it feel...weird to you? I keep getting anxious and having weird glimpses of blood... It's either StarClan or I'm going insane." she whispered to him, eyes drawn to each individual cat. If there was going to be a treacherous attack, she'd know who. She scrutinized each cat, studying paws, faces, eyes, ears, fur, and tails. Each one of those could give a sign of attack, or anything else.
Prairiestep glanced at the SkyClan cat. "Hi!" she mewed in reply. "Fine, you? I finally got a mate! I'm hoping for kits, but so far that hasn't happened."
OOC: Why does my muse always run out on the last paragraph?

OOC: Uh, dummy? Whitefire isn't there yet....
The skinny tortoiseshell was glad for Prariestep.
"That's good! You're lucky to even have a mate. But don't worry. You'll get kits sooner or later."
Spottedfire looked up at the sky and saw that they still had plenty of time, but wished NightClan would hurry up.
"I wonder where NightClan is. They normally aren't this late," she muttered, not sure if Prariestep had heard her or not. It didn't matter though.
Lavapelt nodded to Silversnow as she arrived with her Clan and sat down next to him. When she spoke of a weird feeling and glimpses of blood, he concentrated hard, trying to see if he would get the same vibes. She sounded certain, and slightly... scared.
Suddenly, he could feel it. Like something was coming. He couldn't tell if it was good or bad, but he could feel something.
He looked the other medicine cat in the eye. "Yes, I can feel it."
Looking around the clearing, he almost jumped out of his skin. He could see blood on the edges of his vision. He shuddered.
"I see the blood too. It must be StarClan." He paused and smiled. "Unless were both going crazy."

OOC: Shitzu. I fixed it.
Silversnow laughed, but her voice was shaky as she watched the cats. She debated whether or not to tell her leader about it. She decided against it. Lunarstar would hear and would probably make an attack even more violent. She would just sit quietly and wait.
Prairiestep nodded, she'd begun to wonder too. Normally Hawkstar tried to be the first there.
OOC: Sorry, short, I know! WE NEED HAWKY THOUGH!

OOC:: Have no fear, Hawky is here!!!!!
Hawkstar scrambled out of her nest in a flurry of feathers and down. The gathering was tonight. DAMN. NightClan was so late!
"Everyone up!" she yowled loudly, stepping from her den and shaking out her pelt. "We have a gathering to get to! Get your sorry butts out here or get left behind. Now!" And with those words reverberating through the clearing, the dark tabby she-cat turned, and allowed the blackness of her forest to engulf her body from view, her paws gliding smoothly over the surface of the ground.
Keeping her pace slow, the she-cat gave er Clan time to catch up. But she didn't look back at them. No, she just continued along her way, on her way to the gathering that she was late for.
OOC:: I'm gonna let whoever is in my Clan post before I post again...

The pregnant tortoiseshell was suddenly awoken from her slumber by a wake up call from her leader. Then she remembered: tonight was the Gathering.
Whitefire jumped up and ran out of the nursery into the warriors den. She poked Hawkstripe and said, "Hawkstripe honey. Get up! We have to go!"
OOC: Sorry it's short.

"Sorry, but we must end this early. The Gathering is tonight." Hawkfrost meowed, getting off of Hawkstripe. He walked a few steps away, and sat down, licking his rumpled fur. "There's going to be a big surprise tonight, you don't want to miss it." he added, a poker face reaching everywhere but his impish eyes.
"What surprise?" Hawkstripe asked, standing up and narrowing his eyes at Hawkfrost.
"Oh, you'll see. I like Rose, by the way. Good night Hawkstripe." Hawkfrost purred, and Hawkstripe's vision began to blur.
"Wait! What do you mean?" Hawkstripe called, but it was too late. He was waking up.
Hawkstripe blinked, his icy blue eyes dull and glassy. He blinked again, and the regained some light as he saw Whitefire. Then he remembered, tonight was the Gathering. He scrambled up and glanced at Whitefire, his eyes drawn to her large belly. "Whitefire, are you okay to go to the Gathering?" he whispered, mesmerized by the faint bulges in her stomach. His kits.

The tortoiseshell was relieved when her mate woke up. She partially ignored his question and headed out of the den, knowing he would follow her.
As they exited the camp she said, "Yes, I'm fine. Now we need to get going so we can catch up to Hawkstar."
She took off running as fast as she could in her condition. After a while they had caught up to their leader and were almost to the Moon Cavern.
When she walked into the Moon Cavern after Hawkstar, and she was followed by Hawkstripe.
She sat by the front, away from the other cats, and let out a deep sigh of air. All that running had exhausted her.

Hawkstar was happy that her warriors could keep up, and she entered the Gathering Cavern with her head lifted proudly. She slowly stalked up to the great rock of the leaders and hoisted herself up to the top.
Dipping her head politely to the other leaders, The dark tabby took her place in the shadows of the rock.
"My apologies for holding up our meeting with the ancestors," she meowed. "We had complications." Sleeping in was very complicating.
Smokescore sat against the shadows of the moon cavern, his violet eyes glowing as he took in the sight of every cat. He was logging down each one of them.
She-cat. Expecting kits. NightClan... Tomcat. Tabby. NightClan... She-cat. Leader. Tabby. NightClan... There were others that were chatting happily to each other. Silversnow, Lavapelt, Spottedfire, Prairiestep, Ravenwing, Beechstar, Lunarstar, Nightstar, and the newly arrived leader of NightClan. Hawkstar? Is that what he had heard? Yes...
Glancing up to the leaders, Smokescore found himself gazing into the harsh eyes of his leader, Lunarstar. She just never seemed to be in a good mood. Why, he never understood.
Suddenly, a wild smile broke over his features. He wasn't meaning to frighten his leader with that smile, it was just what he did to hide away a laughing fit. That cat would have his ears for food if he threw a fit in public.
But it would be a fun experiment in the future.

Lunarstar shot a glare at Hawkstar. She knew perfectly well her Clan had no "complications". Then she turned her angry eyes forward again, she was perfectly content until NightClan came. She soon felt a pair of eyes on her and her yellow eyes darted around the cats, soon resting on Smokescore. He grinned at her and she glared at him, willing him to behave. She glanced at Beechstar and the others, deciding to start the gathering herself.
She stepped forward and yowled, collecting the gathered cats' attention. "StreamClan is doing well. Prey is plentiful and we've had no trouble from twolegs, yet. Some twolegs play in the river, but nowhere near the camp." she meowed, stepping back. She glanced at Hawkstar, nodding her head, curious to see what the "complications" were.

Hawkstar lifted her lips hotly at Lunarstar before stepping forward to announce, "NightClan is well. We are extremely close to having a new set of life in our ranks." The she-cat glanced down warmly at Whitefire. "Prey is practically running into our paws, and we have very little Twoleg issues. They walk along their path occasionally, nothing more." Stepping back, Hawkstar was fully aware that she left out her 'complications.' The Clans down below heard nothing of those, so they need not know.
Smiling smugly at Lunarstar, Hawkstar took her seat in the shadows, waiting for the next leader.
Smokescore tipped his head to the side at his leader's pleading gaze, batting his eyes. (OOC:: GAY MOMENT!) But, he was obedient, remaining silent for his leader's sake. He sat with his tail curled neatly around his body, a smirk playing with his mouth.
Hawkstar and Lunarstar seemed to have lightening crackling between each other, the gray tom noticed. He would have to hurl that question at Lunarstar later. He must have missed something between the two she-cats.
Maybe they're just like in heat or something, he mused. A grin slapped him, and he nearly bit his tongue off to keep from laughing. He needed to control himself.
