Ash shrugged. "As long as they're helping, they can live here if they want!" She sighed and glanced around, expecting a cat to pop out. "Bleak, what's your sister's name, anyway?" She never knew Bleak had siblings, and she was curious about their deaths... She doubted they were much older than Bleak, himself.

Bleak opened his mouth to answer, but instead, his sister literally popped up out of nowhere and stood only inches from Ash's face. "The name's Shrill!" she meowed delightedly. Her pelt still dripped with water and her eyes, that Bleak could imagine Ash seeing, were bloodshot around the yellow irises. And just like that, she vanished once again, not even a trace that she had even been there. Bleak smiled softly with memory and misery. She had been so sweet and he had killed her...
"Well, her name is Shrill. The brother that is watching over Scratch is Owl, and the one watching me is Twig..." Sighing deeply, Bleak leaned on Scratch's shoulder and closed his eyes. He was tired and positive that the others felt the same...

"Oh...She seems...nice..." Ash mewed uncertainly, looking fearfully at the spot the ghost had just been. "Did she...drown?" Ash asked, remembering the water soaked fur the ghost had. She thought about how these ghosts would help... Could they fight Bleak's father...

Scratch listened in silence as Bleaks sister came. When Ash asked the question he didn't answer. Instead, he asked another question. "What does Owl look like?" he didn't want to attack the ghost that was going to help him train.

Bleak winced at the question Ash gave. "Umm, you could say that, yes," he meowed uneasily. He glanced up at Scratch. "Owl is my biggest sibling. He's the only sibling of mine that has violet eyes. You'll know him when you see him..."
"Bleak!" a voice called. "Tell your buddies that you guys need to come to the ghost areas for training! We need to get you started right away!" And Bleak sister appeared. She had done the calling. "Get going, that way!" She pointed with her tail and vanished.
"You heard her, let's go!" Bleak meowed, swatting at Scratch's tail and speeding away.

Ash pelted after Bleak, thinking about what he said. He said she did drown...in a way. Then she started to wonder what training they'd be doing. Would they learn regular fighting moves, the trick Bleak's father uses to communicate? She hoped for the second one, that would be cool!
